Ladies and Gentlemen!

With great pleasure, I invite You to visit Bliżyn Community. This is a place where seemingly life goes as anywhere else, yet only someone who lives here or came and visited this place, knows that it is unique place that has lots to offer.

If You are tired of the noise and traffic of the big cities, bored of relaxing in wellknown spas, if You look for a closer contact with nature, I invite to visit Us. After a short visit in Our Community, in friendly and hospitable surroundings of Our dwellers You will certainly agree that Bliżyn is a perfect spot for people looking for peace and quietness in the bosom of nature surrounded by everlasting folk culture. For the enthusiasts of cycling and hiking tourism, Our Community offers a system of paved roads with small traffic intensity, beautiful landscapes stretching away and clear air. Travelling across Our tourist trails which run through picturesque areas, everyone will experience the amazing.

I also invite the investors, who would contribute to the development of tourist infrastructure, and particularly that over the new reservoir that is being built.

UROCZYSTOŚCI 3 MAJA W BLIŻYNIE

3 Maja obchodzimy Święto Konstytucji. Święto to zostało wprowadzone na pamiątkę uchwalenia przez Sejm Wielki Konstytucji 3 Maja w 1791 r.

Obchody 221-tej rocznicy uchwalenia Konstytucji 3-maja w Bliżynie rozpoczęły się o godz. 10.00 w kościele p.w. św. Ludwika w Bliżynie, gdzie uroczystą Mszę Św. w intencji Ojczyzny z udziałem pocztów sztandarowych odprawił ks. Arkadiusz Czupryński. Po Mszy Św. poczty sztandarowe i oficjalne delegacje przeszły pod pomnik upamiętniający pomordowanych w bliżyńskim obozie koncentracyjnym. Towarzyszyli im mieszkańcy gminy. Pod pomnikiem zostały złożone wieńce i kwiaty .

Hołd poległym oddały poczty sztandarowe strażaków, kombatantów, harcerzy oraz szkół. Podczas wiecu w okolicznościowym wystąpieniu Wójt Gminy Bliżyn Mariusz Walachnia nawiązał do historycznych wydarzeń z przed 221 laty.

Po uroczystościach odbył się Koncert Trzeciomajowy w wykonaniu artystów Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Bliżynie.
